Shipping Information

Allhap offers shipping services within the United States. A flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all domestic orders. Customers will receive free shipping on any order valued at $65 or more. These terms apply to all orders placed through allhap.com and are subject to change at the discretion of Allhap.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once processed, shipping will take an estimated 3 to 7 business days, also Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The total delivery time, from order placement to receipt, is estimated to be between 4 and 10 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside Allhap’s control.

Address Changes

Customers must request any address changes before the order is shipped. To request a change, email [email protected] immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances. Allhap is not responsible for orders returned due to invalid or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an invalid address is detected, customers may be contacted via email for verification. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.

Tracking Delays

If a tracking delay occurs, customers should contact [email protected] for assistance. Please include your order number in all communications regarding tracking issues. Allhap’s support team will investigate any tracking delays and provide updates as soon as information becomes available.

Returned to Sender

If a domestic order is returned to sender, customers have two options. The order can be reshipped to the correct address, or a refund can be issued for the cost of the items only. The original shipping cost of $4.95 will not be refunded under any circumstances. Once a refund has been processed, the order cannot be reinstated. Processing of returned orders may take several weeks. Customers are advised to check their email, including spam folders, for updates regarding returns and refunds.

International Shipping

At this time, Allhap ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the United States will not be processed.
