- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Shipping Time: 14-20 business days (Monday-Friday)
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are returned due to an invalid or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we may contact you via email to verify your shipping details.
Tracking Delays

Returned to Sender
If a domestic order is returned to us, we will work with you to have your order reshipped, or you can choose to receive a refund for the cost of the items. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs, and we are unable to reinstate your order once a refund has been processed.
