Proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all returns. Returns submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.

Delivery time for exchanged products varies by your location within the United States. Domestic exchanges generally arrive within 4 to 10 business days. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes for exchanged items.
High-Value Returns
For returns valued over $50, we recommend sending the package with tracking. Insurance is also recommended for high-value returns. Allhap is not liable for lost return packages. Proof of shipping is recommended but not required.
