Cancellation Policy

At Allhap, we understand that plans can change. We want you to feel confident in your purchase decisions. Please review the options below to understand how you can cancel your order if needed.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Purchase

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. You must contact our customer service team at [email protected] immediately to request this cancellation. No questions will be asked for cancellations made within this 24-hour window.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, there is no cancellation fee. You will not face any penalty for pre-shipment cancellations. To request a cancellation before shipping, please send an email to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number in your request.

Refund and Return Policy

For all cancellations made before shipment, you will receive a 100% refund. If your order has already been dispatched, shipping and handling fees of $4.95 will be excluded from your refund. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer store credit for cancellations.

Rescheduling Option

You may postpone the delivery of your order. To arrange a new delivery date, contact [email protected]. Please include your order number and your preferred new delivery timeframe in your message. There is no fee for rescheduling before your order has shipped. If you wish to reschedule after your order has shipped, additional fees may apply.

Cancellation of Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items cannot be cancelled once production begins. Production for custom orders usually starts within 24 hours of placing your order. Custom orders are clearly identified during the checkout process. This policy is strict, and there are no exceptions under any circumstances.
